Pay It Forward for the Next Girl

Three years ago, I joined Potentia360 as a student who was simply curious about technology and what it might make possible. I never imagined that decision would shape who I am today.

Through Potentia360, I grew from a learner into a confident leader and ambassador, someone who now carries this mission into my school and my community. Along the way, I didn’t just participate in programs; I experienced a pathway that evolved with me, one that helped me see myself as someone who belongs in the spaces where the future is being shaped.

This journey gave me more than knowledge. I gained confidence, practical skills for a rapidly changing world, and a sense of purpose. As artificial intelligence and emerging technologies continue to reshape our lives, Potentia360 helped me understand why young women must be present in the rooms where decisions are made and why our voices matter.

My TEDxYouth talk is one reflection of that growth. It represents the leadership, awareness, and voice I developed through my years with Potentia360.

Most importantly, I didn’t walk this journey alone. I found mentors who believed in me, peers who supported me, and experiences that helped me step into leadership with confidence. As I prepare to attend my dream college, I do so feeling ready, ready for what’s ahead and grateful for the doors Potentia360 helped open for me.

Now, I want to pay that opportunity forward.

I’m raising $5,000 to fund one girl’s full journey through the same Future-Ready Leadership Pathway that changed my life, so she can discover her potential, build confidence, and step into a future she may not yet imagine.
